I workout 3 times a week, if i have a shoot coming up that requires me to be extra defined I will workout 6 days and take 1 day off.
To make noticeable changes to my physique normally takes between 3 - 6 weeks.
I workout using a variety of weights and weight machines to tone and strengthen my body, you can get your cardio from just using weights, but I also incorporate extra cardio to keep me real lean and to extra work and keep my heart strong
My twin sister and mum died not so long ago both of heart conditions so keeping my heart in good condition is of the utmost importance to me.
